imccyu 8c1e8d9890 build(release): publish the dsh family publicly
Every release member now declares publishConfig.access: public, so the scope no
longer mixes levels: the 221 packages/*/* and apps/* manifests join the vendored
framework and the native packages.

check-workspace-constraints drops the per-sequence expectation and holds every
release member to public, which is what stops a member from drifting back.

Access is a property of the package, not of a version: the dsh packages already
published as restricted become world-readable at their next publication.

fix(tools): collapse code-mode executor to run_code for model-direct calls

Chinesezjc 6f6defd64a fix(tools): collapse code-mode executor to run_code for model-direct calls
wireSchemas() already advertised only run_code under mode: 'code', but the
executor resolved every call through get(), which returns the full visible
map plus the reserved transport. A model could name a native tool directly
and bypass run_code entirely. Route the execution-path lookups through a
new private resolveExecution() that applies the mode collapse at the
operation boundary: model-direct calls under 'code' may only name run_code
(UNKNOWN_TOOL otherwise), while SDK sub-dispatches (parent token set) keep
every visible tool. get()/schemas() public semantics are unchanged.

The denial happens at createExecution, before the extensible policy
pipeline — pre-execute listeners, approval ask, and guards never observe
a call that is deterministically denied. A collapsed call honors the
pre-dispatch cancellation contract, routes aborted results through the
visible tool's finalizeContent, and captures the finalizer before
argument materialization.

Under code mode, a system-prompt/assemble listener filters out tool:*
guidance sections that told the model to call native tools directly.
The tools:sdk section and SDK types remain so programs can still use
all tools through run_code.

Regenerated docs, catalogs, graphs, scoped events, and re-recorded
translation pairs.

Fixes #1815

Yichen Jiang 8efb2bc9a2 Merge origin/master into worktree/web-plugin-config

both; the event-producer matrix is generated, so it was regenerated rather
than hand-merged row by row.

Yichen Jiang fdd64e9283 Merge origin/master into worktree/web-plugin-config
Master moved every workspace edge to workspace:^ and added release-member
fields; this branch's manifests follow, keeping only the dependency edges it
contributes. The client-runtime README keeps this branch's paragraph: master
did not touch it, and the base/user layers and `unset` it describes are what
this branch added.

imccyu 2c85c484d3 build(release): reference workspace members through the workspace protocol
1504 hand-written ranges pointing at workspace members become workspace:^, so
pnpm pack substitutes each member's real version at publication: sibling
peerDependencies follow the family version instead of being pinned at ^0.0.1,
and a reference to a vendored package follows that package's own line. Without
this, publishing 0.0.2 ships peer ranges naming a version that does not exist,
and 0.0.1-rc.1 does not satisfy ^0.0.1 either.

It also retires ranges that had gone stale against the workspace: ^4.0.0-rc.6
for a 4.0.0-rc.7 checkout, ^3.17.0 for schemastery 3.18.0.

workspace:* stays where an exact published version is the point, which is how
the Landlock entry pins its platform packages.

A workspace constraint now requires the protocol, so a new package cannot
reintroduce a hand-written range. The same constraint caught packages/boot/cmdline
arriving on master without the publishable trio, which this change completes.

imccyu 97eb14a007 build(release): make the release set publishable under the private scope
Every package under packages/, apps/, and vendor/ drops "private": true and
declares publishConfig.access "restricted": the repository now states which
packages it publishes instead of deciding it at publish time. Each one also
declares its repository and directory, which is how a consumer of a private
package reaches its source.

The Landlock packages move to restricted with them. They have never been
published, so nothing anonymous depends on them today, and the whole
@deepseek-ai scope stays private.

The workspace constraint that required every package to be private now applies
to non-members only, and asserts the publishable trio on each release member.

Yichen Jiang 1c158ec72b Merge origin/master into worktree/web-plugin-config

patch row still resolves from that manifest.

Yichen Jiang 0b42259b82 Merge origin/master into worktree/web-plugin-config
Resolves the vendored-package rescope (cordis -> @deepseek-ai/cordis,
schemastery -> @deepseek-ai/schemastery) against this branch's settings
namespaces: the bash capability namespace, its two executors' section
installs, and the new plugin-config client package all move to the scoped
specifiers.

imccyu ec601ca13d build(vendor): rescope the vendored Cordis packages into @deepseek-ai
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.

Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.

The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.

Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.

Yichen Jiang fdf9bddbf8 feat(agent-loop): make the parallel tool-call cap a user setting
The section is a strict subset of the plugin config: `agents` is consumed
once when the service starts, so a stored change there could only look like
it had an effect. The cap resolves through a getter over the settings source,
which the scheduler destructures at the start of each tool group, so a
committed change bounds the next group without disturbing the one in flight.
`resolveMaxParallelToolCalls` becomes the section validator, refusing a value
at the write instead of at that group.

The deferred-resume effect-shape assertion now allows the one plugin effect
the optional settings wiring adds at the fiber's own level; a resumed agent
joining it there is still the regression it pins.

Tianyi Cui f7323354bb docs: generate each subsystem's cordis surface into its own page; delete the flat catalogs
Rebuild of the region machinery (PR3) on the post-#904 Typert projection:
renderPageRegion/renderInheritedPage live in dsh-typert-generator beside the
projection; scripts/gen-cordis-catalog.ts owns the curated SERVICE_PAGE /
EVENT_SCOPE_PAGE / SERVICE_WALK_EXEMPTIONS / LINK_MAP partition (fail-loud in
both directions, with the independent Context-merge scan backstopping the
projection's blind spot), spliceRegion, and the guarded pair auto-record.
docs/cordis-catalog/ is deleted: the flat events/services catalogs dissolve
into per-page regions and docs/cordis-catalog/core moves to docs/cordis-api/
with the inherited tier as its own generated page. The partition absorbs the
post-regrouping surface: ctx.typert → invariants.md, ctx.directoryPicker →
workspace.md, skills/* events → skills.md, and the four launcher-provided tui
accessor values join the named exemptions.

Tianyi Cui 7e445c3a67 refactor(session): fold the session family into packages/session/
git mv the 12 packages from session-persistence/, session-projection/,
session-title/, and telemetry/ into one session/ group per the
regrouping RFC; merge the four group READMEs into one bilingual
triplet; rewrite the group segment in tsconfig references (intra-group
references shorten to ../<pkg>), tsconfig.base.json paths/globs,
knip.json keys, vitest include, gate scripts, and authored doc/note
citations; regenerate module graph, doc graphs, catalogs, and the
lockfile importer keys. No npm names change.

Full unit suite: 8779 passed; the 18 reported failures reproduce as
env flakes (ambient-proxy IPv6 tunneling, watched-dir inotify
timeouts under parallel load) — each passes in isolation with
NO_PROXY set, matching their known pre-existing behavior on master.

_Kerman 262d044642 fix(agent): route loop dispatches through prebuilt fused dispatcher
Address review feedback on PR #1738:
- ReactLoopAgent builds its AgentEventDispatch once in the constructor and
routes every emit/serial/waterfall through it, so hot-path dispatches no
longer allocate a carrier and dispatcher per call; the public carrier
field is gone (fused dispatcher is private).
- agentEvents accepts an optional prebuilt carrier.
- The fused payload builder spreads the payload before the injected agent
so a structurally acceptable payload carrying an agent field can never
  override the subject.
- Regenerate doc graphs; re-record core + architecture + affected Agent
Note translation pairs; add payload-object event contract Agent Note.

_Kerman ccebba2349 refactor(agent): unify agent-scoped event signatures as payload objects
All agent/* and agent-loop/config-start-failed events take one payload
object carrying the agent subject; waterfall/serial payloads require a
signal and keep next as the final argument. PreStepContext and
RequestFailureContext are unfolded into payloads and retired.
goal/changed follows the same shape so agentEvents keeps its listener
error containment. ReactLoopAgent builds its scope carrier once in the
constructor. Regenerates scope resolvers, tool-cordis api catalog, and
docs catalogs; updates all affected listeners, tests, and the
core-data-structures docs (en + zh).

creatixchu e7f2005ec7 fix(web): address the review round on the remaining context forms
- `relay` resolves its sender in `contextBody` like every other form. It was
the one shape whose marker could claim a form the body did not render: an
unreadable sender fell back inside the body while the row still said relay,
contradicting the contract this PR's own note states.
- `recall` requires the retained, omitted, and truncated fields. Completeness
is what the card exists to report, so a reference that cannot state it is
not a readable recall — showing the label alone presents a confident card
  over unknown loss.
- The snapshot body states the supersession its producer framing line carries.
That line is the one part of the model-facing text no section contains, and
unlike an instruction context's `<system-reminder>` it states the form's own
  semantics rather than wrapping content.
- `GoalMessageSource` is a discriminated pair, so `{ form: 'notice' }` without
its account no longer compiles. The guarantee this PR claims now holds at
that seam too, not only through `ContextFormed` on plugin sources.
- Goal and tool-goal summaries are bounded by a shared `boundContextSummary`,
which tool-tasks now uses as well. A goal objective is unbounded caller text
in exactly the way a task label is.
- The runtime snapshot interpolates once per request: agent-loop renders the
sections and joins them through `joinContextSections`.
- Every form's fallback branch is pinned, not only the notice one.

producers that genuinely promise no shape.

`snapshot` — current state a later snapshot supersedes. system-prompt now
exposes `renderContextSections()`, the named contributions
`renderContextSnapshot()` already joins for the model, so the body attributes
each part to the subsystem that produced it instead of re-splitting joined
prose. The runtime snapshot, time-context, and tmux-context declare it.

`notice` — a one-off account of what just happened, declared by tool-tasks,
goal state changes, tool-goal wrap-up, plan-mode switches, and
repeat-tool-guard. Its `summary` rides the COLLAPSED row: these five are the
majority of shipped producers and none of them needs expanding to be read.
The task summary bounds itself because its inputs are unbounded caller text.

`relay` — a message another agent addressed to this one; both subagent
sources declare it and the body names the sender above what it said.

`recall` — material lifted from another session's log. session-reference
needed no new field: its references already record retained and omitted
counts and the truncation flag, which the body shows first, because recalled
context is bounded on the way in.

`ContextFormed` is now discriminated by `form`, so a producer cannot declare
a shape without the facts that shape is presented from — a notice without its
summary, or a snapshot without its sections, fails to compile.

Only the two hook bridges stay opaque, by design: their content is whatever
an external program printed, so no shape can be promised for it. Unknown
kinds and unreadable records land there too.
