Every release member now declares publishConfig.access: public, so the scope no
longer mixes levels: the 221 packages/*/* and apps/* manifests join the vendored
framework and the native packages.
check-workspace-constraints drops the per-sequence expectation and holds every
release member to public, which is what stops a member from drifting back.
Access is a property of the package, not of a version: the dsh packages already
published as restricted become world-readable at their next publication.
Local run of check:ci:windows-complete (the windows-native gate) on
latest master surfaced five Windows-only failures, all unreachable by
current CI because the native windows job is disabled and the wine gate
only covers build+site.
- install-lefthook/translation-pairing-merge specs junctioned the real
scripts/ and tsx package into fixtures; Windows recursive deletion
(Node rmSync and git worktree remove) follows MOUNT_POINT junctions and
deleted the repository's own directories mid-run. Fixtures now unlink
their reparse points before any recursive removal (shared helper in
scripts/test-fixture-cleanup.ts).
- workflow-workerthread spawned its worker with an empty env; on Windows
os.tmpdir() then degrades to the literal relative path undefined\temp,
so tsx wrote its transform cache into a cwd-relative undefined/
directory inside the repo. The worker env now injects the host temp
path on win32 (workerSpawnEnv, platform-parameterized and unit-tested
on both arms).
- workspace-context spec did not stub USERPROFILE (win32 homedir) or a
set DSH_HOME, leaking the developer machine's real ~/.dsh/AGENTS.md
into discovery.
- ui-trajectory client-bundle spec mounted the built artifact without the
remote/settingsScope provides the locale plugin needs, so the plugin
never activated and no view registered.
- subagent temp-fixture cleanup lacked the maxRetries Windows handle
release needs under load (EPERM); added retries to the three affected
specs and the fixture-cleanup helper.
Overlaps master on the preset e2e, the web scaffold, and the generated
config-catalog triplet; all merged textually, so the catalog is regenerated and
its pairing hashes re-recorded rather than trusted.
wireSchemas() already advertised only run_code under mode: 'code', but the
executor resolved every call through get(), which returns the full visible
map plus the reserved transport. A model could name a native tool directly
and bypass run_code entirely. Route the execution-path lookups through a
new private resolveExecution() that applies the mode collapse at the
operation boundary: model-direct calls under 'code' may only name run_code
(UNKNOWN_TOOL otherwise), while SDK sub-dispatches (parent token set) keep
every visible tool. get()/schemas() public semantics are unchanged.
The denial happens at createExecution, before the extensible policy
pipeline — pre-execute listeners, approval ask, and guards never observe
a call that is deterministically denied. A collapsed call honors the
pre-dispatch cancellation contract, routes aborted results through the
visible tool's finalizeContent, and captures the finalizer before
argument materialization.
Regenerated docs, catalogs, graphs, scoped events, re-recorded
translation pairs, and updated test assertions.

`Config.roots` defaulted to `[]`, so a deployment that did not patch both roots
in got a roster with none — `dsh run` once booted exactly that and failed
resolving `standard`. The user root never needed an app: `<dshHome>/.agent-presets`
is the same place in every deployment, resolvable here the way
`dsh-skill-local` resolves `<dshHome>/skills`.
The roster now derives that root itself unless `includeUserRoot` is false, and
`apps/cli` supplies only the SHIPPED root, whose path an installed app alone
can resolve. The derived root is appended after every configured root, so a
shipped id still shadows a home directory claiming it and `writableRoot()`
still prefers an explicitly configured `user` root; the set is resolved once at
construction, because a root set that changed between a `list()` and the
`copy()` acting on its answer would author into a directory the caller never
saw.
Every test that pins an exact roster now says `includeUserRoot: false` — the
machine's real harness home must not decide what a golden or an assertion
counts.
One assistant message carrying several subagent calls now overlaps them
under the rolling pool (maxParallelToolCalls) instead of serializing each
foreground delegation behind an exclusive barrier; results still commit
in model order.
tool-subagent declares isConcurrencySafe: () => true for every call form:
children work in their own sessions, a run never mutates the parent
session, and sibling workspace coordination already belongs to the model
for background, continuable, and workflow children. The former
serial-execution pin flips to a parallel pin plus a gated genuine-overlap
test, and the authored subagent-parallel snapshot pins the assembled
transcript (tool/call, tool/call, tool/result, tool/result) with
interchangeable twin children, which replay race-free under the existing
first-call binding and createdAt harvest ordering.
The provider seam now requires concurrent starts and continuable
preparations for distinct children to isolate operation-local state,
cancellation, settlement, and cleanup; a continuable gate test proves a
cancelled preparation leaves no Agent or durable Session while its
sibling persists independently.

list_agents called a storage-only continuable child 'complete', inviting
parents to poll it for a result that will never appear there. Rename the
status to 'ready' — resumable, not terminal — and rewrite the tool
description to say a parent is told when a child finishes, so listing is
for recall, not polling.
A continuable child that stopped without reporting — an error, a token
ceiling, cancellation, teardown — left its parent nothing to act on.
The continuation manager now delivers an unconditional settlement
notice to the durable direct parent before releasing ownership, folding
consumed work (foldConsumedWork supersedes findLastMessageTurnEnd) so a
claimed-but-unrun prompt reads as aborted rather than completed, waking
an idle parent, steering a busy one, and never waking a closing tree.
Switch the afterEach cleanup from rmSync to the async rm with 10
retries, matching subagent-claude-code. On native Windows the
synchronous rmSync retry window (5 x 100ms) is too short for the
real Codex subprocess to release its directory handles after exit,
so cleanup repeatedly fails with EPERM; the async variant with a
wider retry window drains the handles before removing the tree.
A continuable child could finish without giving its parent a usable
result: the report tool was described as optional and its default
delivery stayed quiet. Install the child-scoped report obligation (tool
description plus the tool:report prompt section), default reportDelivery
to wakeup, bind shipped subagent_fork delegations to one-shot so fork
keeps its prefix reuse, and extend the ACP snapshot harness to pin child
system prompts alongside child tool schemas.
1504 hand-written ranges pointing at workspace members become workspace:^, so
pnpm pack substitutes each member's real version at publication: sibling
peerDependencies follow the family version instead of being pinned at ^0.0.1,
and a reference to a vendored package follows that package's own line. Without
this, publishing 0.0.2 ships peer ranges naming a version that does not exist,
and 0.0.1-rc.1 does not satisfy ^0.0.1 either.
It also retires ranges that had gone stale against the workspace: ^4.0.0-rc.6
for a 4.0.0-rc.7 checkout, ^3.17.0 for schemastery 3.18.0.
workspace:* stays where an exact published version is the point, which is how
the Landlock entry pins its platform packages.
A workspace constraint now requires the protocol, so a new package cannot
reintroduce a hand-written range. The same constraint caught packages/boot/cmdline
arriving on master without the publishable trio, which this change completes.
Every package under packages/, apps/, and vendor/ drops "private": true and
declares publishConfig.access "restricted": the repository now states which
packages it publishes instead of deciding it at publish time. Each one also
declares its repository and directory, which is how a consumer of a private
package reaches its source.
The Landlock packages move to restricted with them. They have never been
published, so nothing anonymous depends on them today, and the whole
@deepseek-ai scope stays private.
The workspace constraint that required every package to be private now applies
to non-members only, and asserts the publishable trio on each release member.
