refactor(llm-deepseek): replace hand-rolled SSE parser with eventsource-parser

Implements the approved simplification Agent Note: sse.ts now pipes the
response body through TextDecoderStream and EventSourceParserStream
(eventsource-parser/stream) and keeps only the DeepSeek protocol shim —
yield each event's data, terminate on [DONE], throw
LlmError('STREAM_CLOSED') on EOF without the sentinel. The SSE
spec-conformance tests are deleted; sse.spec.ts pins only the
[DONE]/STREAM_CLOSED/EOF contract, including the new spec-strict verdict
that an unterminated trailing event is truncation (the old parser
flushed it — a robustness nicety no real provider shape needs).
eventsource-parser@^3.1.0 becomes llm-deepseek's second runtime
dependency (already in the lockfile transitively via the MCP SDK).
Docs: the Agent Note moves proposed/ → implemented/ and is rewritten per
the lifecycle contract; the rejected NIH roll-up note's inbound links
follow. The twin-adapters note, dsh-llm LlmAdapter JSDoc (and its
type-equiv fences), cookbook, group/package READMEs, root AGENTS.md
layout line, sdk-helper comments, and the regenerated config catalog
drop the "hand-rolled fetch + SSE" claim in both languages; all eight
touched pairs re-recorded.

docs(i18n): mirror ACP-automation edits into the zh pairs from master

Master's i18n batches added Chinese counterparts to ~50 docs this PR
edits in English. Bring each zh side along with the minimal edits
covering the en diff (recorded-hash diffs, not re-translations),
reunite the stream-workflow-progress pair under rejected/ with its
manifest entry, re-record all pairing hashes, and regenerate the
event/persistence/tool catalogs and doc graphs over the merged tree.

(five files, three roles, the program-vs-resolution principle and its two
disciplines), two repo conventions in AGENTS.md, package tsconfig shape in
packages/AGENTS.md, cookbook touch-lists updated for the two aggregates,
test source-plane rule in docs/testing.md. Decision record: new Agent Note
2026-07-22-tsconfig-solution-root-two-aggregates; ts-build-config note
updated in place (tsc-first pipeline unchanged); the two GUI RFCs now name
tsconfig.host.json. All bilingual pairs re-recorded. Doc budget ceilings
raised: AGENTS.md 1680, docs/testing.md 1020, packages/AGENTS.md 660 (two
new one-line conventions and one new section on already-near-ceiling docs).
Mission spec for the code-side migration: missions/tsconfig-single-graph-migration.md.

- Package invariant runtime contracts: every package owns ./invariant —
added the dsh-mode companion (mode/set payload validation: non-empty
trimmed name), its unit spec, exports/peer wiring, and the mode group in
the tsconfig invariant paths glob.
- Interception waterfalls gained an AbortSignal parameter
(agent/prompt-submit, agent/turn-continuation) and ToolExecutionInput.signal
became required: listeners and test dispatch updated; the exit tool now
forwards exec.signal unconditionally.
- TUI question dialog: master's position/unanswered header layout kept,
the plan-review detail block re-grafted between question and answers.
- LSP capability family arrived: lsp tool joins the catalog pin, dsh-lsp
examples deps beside dsh-mode; lsp-definition snapshot refreshed with
the mode command and modes advertisement.
- docs/architecture.md and packages/README.md regenerated tables re-grafted
(ctx.modes row, mode package row) and condensed within word ceilings.
- examples/acp-agent cordis.yml: kept the deployment-owned plan instructions
(incl. the conversational-agreement sentence) beside master's routed-model
compaction comment; snapshot expected outputs refreshed keyless and noise
fixtures restored.

refactor(mode): modes are collaboration states — drop the access cap; enforcement axes stay independent

Review follow-up (tianyicui): plan mode and the sandbox are orthogonal
AXES, not just orthogonal state — entering plan must not change what the
sandbox enforces, matching Codex's separation of Plan/Default
collaboration presets from sandbox and approval settings.
ModeDefinition.access, the bash/resolve-mode clamp, and both cap-derived
guards are removed; a ModeDefinition is exactly { section }, and a mode
now carries only its guidance section plus the exit_plan_mode review.
The bash seam's resolveMode + waterfall go with their only listener:
dsh-bash and dsh-tool-bash revert to master byte-for-byte, and the
dsh-mode → dsh-bash dependency edge is gone. A deployment that wants
kernel-enforced read-only planning pairs the mode picker with the
independent sandbox-mode option, in either order.
The RFC archives this as the second removed enforcement shape (after
the interim allowlist) with the same restart trigger — effects
self-declaration; the orthogonality FAQ now answers with the two-axis
rule. The plan example demonstrates the axes side by side, and the
re-recorded fixtures pin the guidance-only section.
