Tianyi Cui e2882f486b fix(review): harden web replay verification
Validate replay sidecars and cross-copy failure facts, make browser console tripwires and macOS temp paths deterministic, and wait for asynchronous TUI resume details. Keep the owning docs, translations, and generated catalog aligned.

Tianyi Cui 2e52c0670c feat(llm-replay): indexed override patches for error injection
The override sidecar now accepts { patches: [{ at, entry }] } alongside the
legacy whole-script ReplayEntry[] replacement: the JSONL-derived script is
kept and only the named call indexes are swapped (at == length appends, for
a retry attempt following an injected transient throw). Out-of-range or
non-integer indexes fail loud with the derived length in the diagnostic.
This is the mock-LLM error capability the web e2e scenarios drive: 'call N
throws AUTH/SERVER, everything else replays as recorded'.

Tianyi Cui 9ef0193dd5 feat(host-runtime,llm-replay): keyless llm seam + replay pacing/consumption handle
BootHostOptions.llm: 'deepseek' | false — false mounts no adapter, boots
keyless, and leaves the llm capability seam open for the embedder to fill
on RunningHost.ctx (now the third sanctioned ctx use, JSDoc + README
amended); an unfilled seam fails loud with NO_ADAPTER at the first stream.

dsh-llm-replay grows two additive surfaces for the web browser e2e lane:
paceMs (validated per-chunk delay so a real transport shows incremental
delivery; abort during a pace wait cancels promptly) and a ReplayHandle
return — dispose() plus assertConsumed(), the teardown check that every
recorded script bound and drained, converting silent fixture underruns
into diagnostics. Existing callers updated; config catalog regenerated.

Tianyi Cui ecb8aa5b8e Add a gated Known Limitations and Deferred Work section to every package README
Every packages/*/* README now carries a canonical '## Known Limitations and
Deferred Work' section: condensed, evidence-backed bullets for consumer-visible
gaps (unimplemented features, platform caveats, MVP cuts) and consciously
postponed work (TODO/FIXME/XXX markers, RFC deferrals still open). The ten
pre-existing ad-hoc variants ('What is NOT here (TODO)', 'Deferred',
'Limitations (MVP)', 'Known limitations (tracked TODOs)', ...) are normalized
into the canonical heading.

A new doc-sync gate, scripts/verify-readme-limitations.ts, enforces the shape:
exactly one limitations-like heading per package README, byte-equal to the
canonical h2, with at least one bullet; near-miss headings fail so variants
cannot creep back. Packages with genuinely nothing to declare (dsh-brand,
dsh-timeout, dsh-subagent-mock, dsh-app-boot) are whitelisted in the script and
must NOT carry the section; whitelist entries are validated against the scanned
package set so a rename fails loud.

Wired into the doc-sync chain (package.json) and the run-gates doc-sync leaf
set; the standing rule lands in packages/AGENTS.md and the adding-a-package
cookbook; decision record in
docs/rfc/implemented/process/2026-07-10-readme-known-limitations-gate.md
(RFC index regenerated).

Also fixes two stale '(deferred)' markers claiming dsh-compact-basic is
unimplemented (the dsh-compact seam README's package table and the seam's
module doc comment).

Tianyi Cui 1fd9e2a9ab Pin request-header content in one snapshot scenario
Every session.jsonl fixture embedded the full composed system prompt and
complete tool-schema list in its request/header event (~8 KB on one line,
identical across the suite), so any prompt or tool-schema edit forced a
re-record or hand-edit of every fixture — see the dynamic-workflows PR for
the churn pattern this removes.

Now exactly one scenario (text-turn, flagged pinsHeader) commits and
compares that content verbatim; every other fixture stores and compares it
as {{system}}/{{tools}} tokens via the new pure scrubRequestHeaders
normalizer (applied to both compare sides and to record-mode writes, so a
re-record cannot reintroduce the content). request/header-delta payloads
are scrubbed the same way; config/reason stay verbatim — a model swap
SHOULD churn every fixture, a prompt edit should not. Replay is unaffected:
script derivation reads only assistant/chunk events.

Fixture meta-guards enforce the split: non-pinning fixtures must be fixed
points of the scrub, the pinning fixture must not be, and exactly one
scenario pins. Committed fixtures migrated through the same function.

Docs: pinned-header RFC (implemented/testing), base snapshot RFC + testing
policy + llm-replay module doc/README updated.

Tianyi Cui e68496fd79 Add per-session snapshot replay for nested agents (PR2.5)
The snapshot tier was built single-session: dsh-llm-replay served calls from
one global positional cursor, and the harness harvested one session log. A
subagent runs as a second agent with its own session, so a parent→child
scenario could neither replay deterministically nor harvest the child's log.
This resolves the TODO(subagent-snapshots) deferral from the subagent RFC.

- Stamp the calling session id onto the model request: GenerateOptions.sessionId
(typed Branded<'SessionId'> to avoid the dsh-llm↔dsh-session cycle), set by the
agent loop from agent.session.id. Adapters ignore it; an llm/stream listener
  routes by it.
- Key replay per session: dsh-llm-replay loads the parent log plus one per child
(childFiles / $DSH_SNAPSHOT_CHILD_FILES), derives a script per recorded session,
and binds each live (freshly-random) session to a recorded script by first-call
order — parent first (earliest createdAt, first to stream). Keys by WHO calls,
so it survives a future concurrent/backgrounded subagent; a global cursor would
not. An unrecorded extra session fails loud.
- Harvest every log: the harness collects all .jsonl across cwd buckets, ordered
primary-first (top-level, then children by createdAt), and RunResult exposes the
plural sessionLogs. The spec writes each back on record (session.jsonl +
session.<n>.jsonl) and diffs each against its fixture on replay.
- Wire the subagent seam + spawn + fork + tool into the acp-agent example (both
cordis configs) and add two nested scenarios recorded against the real API:
  subagent-spawn (parent + 1 child) and subagent-multi (parent + 2 children, 3
sessions). Both replay keyless in the default gate.

A new RFC documents the design (docs/rfc/implemented/testing/). Single-session
replay is unchanged (a call with no sessionId is one anonymous primary session).

TODO follow-up: a dedicated branded-ids package could own the SessionId brand and
dissolve the cross-package cycle note; out of scope for this testing PR.

Tianyi Cui ca2207e26c Fix doc cross-links for the hierarchy; add package-path + shape gates
Merge brought in the RFC-classification reorg and two new doc gates;
rewrite every drifted packages/<name> cross-link (Markdown link targets,
moved-README relative depths, and .ts comment paths) to the grouped paths.

Add two doc-sync/hygiene gates so the manual checks this restructure
needed become automated:
- verify-package-paths.ts: flags a packages/<path> reference (in Markdown
or a .ts comment/string) that does not resolve AND names a real package
  in a segment — i.e. a stale path to a MOVED package. A path naming a
non-existent package (a forward-looking proposal) is left alone, so it
  applies uniformly across proposed/implemented/rejected.
- check-workspace-constraints: assert the packages/<group>/<pkg> depth-2
shape (group dirs carry no package.json; no flat or over-nested
packages). Group names stay open; only the shape is fixed.

Tianyi Cui d02e9f1bd6 Reorganize packages into a modular hierarchy
Move the 18 flat packages/<name> packages into role-grouped dirs:
core/, llm/, bash/, session-persistence/, ui/, support/. Group dirs are
pure containers; each package keeps its @deepseek-ai/dsh-* name.

Collapse the per-package tsconfig paths maps (base + typecheck) into one
@deepseek-ai/dsh-* wildcard with a candidate per group, and derive the
publint list from the hierarchy. Update all depth-coupled globs/configs
(workspace, tsdown, vitest, eslint, knip, tsconfig includes/refs,
per-package tsconfigs, generators, doc-script scopes, type-equiv manifest)
and the cross-package/script relative imports in tests.

Fix doc-typecheck's workspacePaths() to parse tsconfig JSONC via the
TypeScript API instead of a regex comment-strip, which corrupted the
new wildcard `/*/` path candidates.

WIP: doc cross-links and package/RFC docs still to update.
