A question may now carry `intent`, a tagged declaration that it IS a decision
of a known shape, so a UI that recognises the tag can present it as such
instead of as a generic option list. The one member is
`{ kind: 'plan-review', approve }`, which plan-mode sets on the exit_plan_mode
review.
An intent shapes presentation only: a UI honouring it answers with the same
option labels a generic UI would send, so the tool reads one answer shape
either way, and a UI that does not know the tag renders the generic flow.
`approve` names the affirmative option rather than relying on option order;
since no type can tie that label to the question's own option list, `ask()`
rejects a mismatch as BAD_INTENT, and the wire schema rejects an unknown tag
outright rather than silently rendering generic.
plan-mode also stops reporting a dismissed review as "the user cancelled
ask_user_question" — a tool it never called. A dismissal now tells the model
the user took the turn back to speak, and to stay in plan mode and wait; every
other ask failure keeps its own message.
Bring the TUI branch onto master after PR #378 landed so PR #363 is evaluated against the current type-equivalence documentation contract.
Resolve the bilingual development-record overlap by regenerating the English/Chinese consistency record from the merged documents. This preserves the branch's built-subprocess guidance alongside master's expanded JSDoc type-equivalence rules.
Move the interactive pi-tui front door into @deepseek-ai/dsh-tui while keeping @deepseek-ai/dsh-stdio line-oriented for pipes. Select the terminal package in the demo app, preserve logger ownership, and cover the production Loader composition with a PTY smoke test.
Move the agent-spine bundle and the stdio/ACP/JSON-RPC app packages out of
core/ and ui/ into a new packages/examples/ group, renamed with a -demo
suffix so the npm name marks them as non-product surface:

ui/stdio-agent -> examples/stdio-demo (dsh-stdio-demo)
ui/acp-agent -> examples/acp-demo (dsh-acp-demo)

Update every code/config/test reference and reference-only doc mentions, and
regenerate module-graph, config-catalog, and doc-graphs. The jsonrpc bin
(dsh-jsonrpc-agent) and single-file exe (dsh-jsonrpc-agent-pkg) keep their
names; the SDK runtime-startup surface is reconciled separately.
