Registrations declare a dictionary namespace (locale: NS) and the renderer
synthesizes a typed t prop for the entry's component from the installed
LocaleFace; the seat binding is re-derived per locale revision, so a language
switch hands out fresh t references and memoized consumers re-render through
ordinary shallow comparison. LocaleNamespaceMap is the declare-merge table
(namespace -> dictionary key union); TranslateNS<'ns'> is the
namespace-addressed translate type (namespace keys plus the shared common
vocabulary), carried by the t seat and by the locale service's typed bind.
LocaleService implements the face (lookup ns -> common -> zh -> key,
revision-carrying snapshots with subscriber isolation) and installs it
through the boot-once slots.installLocale seam, mirroring the renderer
install. The typed register(ns, {zh, en}) overload checks each dictionary
against the namespace's key union and requires every shipped locale, so a
missing or extra key and an unbalanced translation are compile errors.
Dictionary registration bumps the face revision without emitting
locale/change — the event now means exactly 'the active locale switched',
so registration-heavy boot cannot storm event listeners.
rename is a per-session verb on the outward session face (prompt/cancel
precedent), not a list-service verb: the Session calls session.rename and
applies the response {title, seq} to its projection store under
higher-seq-wins, so the list row updates before the push frame. The fixture
api and the test-runtime double follow the same face.
Clearing waitingApprovals in handleConnected raced the reconnect replay:
mux frames flow from stream open while onConnected waits for the
readiness handshake, so a replayed approval/requested could land first
and be wiped — amber dot and answerable card lost until the next
generation. The sweep moves to generation death (onStateChange
'reconnecting'), before any next-generation frame can exist, and now
also drops buffered answerable frames (approval/question pairs) whose
dead-generation rpcIds could never be answered — a session instantiated
later no longer replays zombie takeover cards. session/queued buffering
already re-baselines per generation; this closes the same window for
the interaction frames.
Selecting a preset from the hero pushed the session into the conversation
view: the /permission switch logs its command/run + command/done pair, the
pair folds into flow nodes, and the composerPhase predicate counted ANY
node as conversation — so the hero (composerPhase === 'blank') collapsed.
The host-side blank bit was already correct (sessionBlank = no turn/start;
knob events open no turn), but the client derives its phase from window
content, and command rows are log-only records, not conversation.
derivePhase's hasContent now excludes command nodes — the client mirror of
the host predicate. The knob events themselves never fold (not
surface-eligible), so the pair was the only leak. Covers /plan on the hero
identically (same lifecycle pair, same predicate).
Specs: the host blank spec pins the three knob events as standalone
events; a session spec drives the /permission pair through the live path
and asserts phase stays 'blank' while the command node renders.
Supersession (newer navigation, path editing, closing, unmount) now
aborts the in-flight listing's request instead of only discarding its
result: the browser mints an AbortController per listing, the signal
rides the workspace face (IWorkspaces.listDirectory gains an optional
signal) onto the fetch carrier, and the Host scan stops with it (817's
cancellation chain). apps/cli keeps both picker packages as dependencies
so the documented one-row cordis.yml swap to the native backend resolves
at boot.
Shared-surface conflicts resolve as unions: the fixture serves all five
projection keys (title/todos/permissions/plan/goal) with the /permission
and /plan command mirrors side by side, the connection specs assert the
five-key baseline and the shifted approval/question replay indices, and
the cli roster/deps, tsconfig aggregate, and README allowlist carry both
lines' rows. Plan-side content lands verbatim from master.
One end-state consolidation both branches half-did: with questions
(ui-question) and approvals (ApprovalPanel) each owning a composer
takeover, PendingCard retires outright — ChatView renders no pending
placeholder, the card component and its specs go, and both README halves
state the takeover-only contract.
Three ui-conversation spec conflicts resolve to master's SlotTestRuntime
rewrites. Adaptation to the new outward session face: ISession gains the
command verb (the composer chip and the /permission picker submit through
it), FixtureSession grows the matching fail-loud stub plus the
waitingApproval summary default, and the picker reads the projection
through projections.faceOf (the ProjectionsFace shape) instead of the
retired store getter.
master's new ctx.workspaces contract face (IWorkspaces + TestWorkspaces
double) predates this stack's listDirectory/createDirectory; widening the
face is the explicit act of letting the browse flow drive them, and the
double records/stubs them like its siblings.
Feature packages now reach these domains through interface types only:
ISession/SessionFace (identity + prompt/cancel/loadOlder + the useSession
snapshot source), ISessions, IWorkspaces, ILayout, IConversation, and the
existing SlashServiceContract now actually mounted on Context.slash. The
concrete services implement their face; wire-pump and assembly entry
points stay on the classes. The provide-channel materialization and
current-projection logic moves into SessionProvideChannel so the
production service and the client test runtime share one implementation.
The workspaces service consumes sessions through the narrow SessionsPort.
The summary blank bit switches from log emptiness to the absence of any
turn/start: standalone plugin events — command lifecycle records,
plan/mode, session titles, goal metadata — no longer surface a fresh
session in lists or steal the New Session view. Running /plan (or /goal)
on a blank session keeps it blank and reusable; the first accepted
prompt's turn clears it. Both carriers share one predicate (summarize +
the host/session-added frame); the cold path keeps its constant false
with the index-read rationale; the client mirror already flips only on
prompt acceptance and needed no change.
PermissionSelect returns as the Access seat's wired occupant: options and
the current value read from the 'permissions' projection through the
standard-kit useProjection (no fetch, no mount timing — the resident
composer's mount-once fetch bug dies with the fetch), key absence renders
nothing (permission-less host, or a Draft with no session), and a pick
submits the '/permission <preset>' command line through the new
ComposerBarInjected.command callback (Session.command = command.execute
admission; the pushed projection frame lands the confirmed value). The
READONLY_OPTIONS placeholder and its local state leave InputBar.
The connection fixture mirrors the host: a permissions unit fold (three
knob events over the fixture preset table), the projections block +
baseline/push frames carry the key, and /permission joins the command
catalog with the same switch-through-knob-events handler shape.
