Chinesezjc c55fca5eda Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into feat/web-message-feedback-ui
Keep both Remote contributions master and this branch add: the mount loop
now carries commandsRemote, goalsRemote, pluginInventoryRemote, and
messageFeedbackRemote, with both new tsconfig references retained.

Turtle 54dd75a969 refactor(cmdline): run the program's own commander action instead of a plan callback
parseCmdline(ctx, program): void only adapts commander control flow to
the launcher: it parses the immutable cmdlineArgs snapshot and turns
help, version, parse errors, and action rejections into a ctx.appExit
request. App validation and the ctx.provide of the app-owned service
live in the program's own synchronous .action(), which commander runs
inside parse — program.error(...) there shares the exit path with a
grammar rejection. Deletes the CmdlinePlan export, its unread ctx
parameter, the type-unsound (() => ({}) as T) default, and the
T | undefined return with its per-caller publish guard.

Yichen Jiang dfa2d91dcb Merge master into worktree/preset-user-root-in-package
Overlaps master on the preset e2e, the web scaffold, and the generated
config-catalog triplet; all merged textually, so the catalog is regenerated and
its pairing hashes re-recorded rather than trusted.

Chinesezjc b462d5fd69 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into feat/web-message-feedback-ui
Adapt to two contract changes master introduced:

- The generated Remote face now wraps every business result in
RemoteResult, folding carrier failures into an ok:false branch instead
of rejecting. The controller reads that envelope at its three call
sites and maps a carrier failure onto the same settled shape the
controls already render; three specs cover the new branch.
- Client packages split their tsconfig into host and client halves, and
the host aggregate now compiles any test not named *.client.spec.*.
Rename this package's specs to the client convention and drop the
../connection project reference, which pointed at a solution file that
no longer carries the client sources.

Keep master's mount loop with its rollback-on-failure in api-remotes and
add messageFeedbackRemote to it.

imccyu 40af20cafe refactor(picker): split the directory-picker faces into their own packages
The browse and native backends were dual-face packages: a Node backend plus a
browser surface under one tsconfig that referenced Client packages. That put
Client projects — and through them the Client runtime — inside the Host
compiler aggregate, which builds before the generated Remote contributions
exist. Each browser half moves to its own Client package, and both backends
become Node-only.

The interaction is still one choice: the adaptive chooser mounts the backend
and its surface as a pair of Loader entries and tears both down in reverse, so
a resolved kind still swaps both faces. Compositions that pin an interaction
directly now pin the pair, and the chooser's runtime-string package list keeps
naming everything a composing app must resolve.

Drop the filler and factually loose comments added with the tool-pwsh rows:

Yichen Jiang 715baae6c1 fix(agent-presets): let the invariant follow the roster it actually scans
The service moved its "is a roster composed" reads to the derived root set;
the invariant companion still read `config.roots`. In the shape this change
exists for — an app configures nothing and the roster is the harness home
alone — that made the advisory warning fire while the fail-loud invariant
stayed silent, so an agent could address a model against an empty global
layer unchecked.

Both now read one source: `roots` exposes the resolved set, and the invariant
asks it. That decides the behavior deliberately rather than by omission — a
composition that mounts the roster now fails an unjoined agent whether its
roots were configured or derived, and `includeUserRoot: false` with no
configured roots is how a deployment keeps its agents on the host plane. Both
shapes are pinned; the derived-only case fails against the old predicate.

Three pieces of prose went stale with the first commit: the web-app bundle
comment still called the writable root an assembly fact patched in by
AppCLIEntry (removed in the profile-plugin-bundles refactor — `composeProfile`
owns it now, and only for the shipped root), and the shipped skill and its
Agent Note still called both roots "configuration". The README gains the
resolved-roster reader and the discoverable-but-undeletable preset a second
writable root produces.

Huanqi Cao 32744c2b5c refactor(preset): gate tool-pwsh by platform alongside tool-bash
The web-app overlay now disables the host tool-pwsh row too, and the shipped
presets (standard/code/cordis) declare both shell tool rows with inverted
platform gates — tool-bash on POSIX, tool-pwsh on win32 — so the preset layer
exposes exactly one shell tool per host and a preset can drop or replace the
shell tool on either platform. windows-shell.spec pins both preset gates and
both host tool rows disabled in the web composition; the loader and Windows
pwsh notes are updated in place.

Yichen Jiang fb6fb1fa12 Merge origin/master into worktree/web-plugin-config, adapting to ctx.remote.$on
#2201 landed three moves this branch sits on top of. `bindSettingsScope` became
`ctx.settingsScope.bind` on the Settings surface, so the section injects that
service and the Remote face instead of importing a free function; the
`SettingsScope` types moved into the runtime contract module, which is where
this branch's `base`, `user`, and `unset` now live; and the client
`credentials/changed` event became the forwarded owner event
`credentials/updated`, which the web-search card subscribes to through
`ctx.remote.$on`.

The generated module graph crossed mermaid's 1000-edge render guard with this
branch's 14 new edges. The guard doubles again, exactly as it did at 500 — the
graph counts real package edges, and trimming them to fit a renderer default
would make the document lie about the dependency set.

Turtle 149a5674be fix(cli): contain app-exit races in watcher setup; sync watch docs
A fast one-shot can request exit through ctx.appExit while the launcher
still awaits its watcher setup; the failure guard now also swallows the
resulting rejections when the tree is no longer live, not only on
signal shutdown. Sync the app-boot README and headless bundle comment
with unconditional patch watching, and bring the two Agent Notes still
asserting the --dev row append and the headlessIo slot current.

Turtle 341051603f refactor(web): remove --dev; mount the reload chain unconditionally
The client-hmr row joins the web bundle as an ordinary always-on roster
row: without a rebuild watcher rewriting client bundles it polls
unchanged files and stays idle. This deletes the --dev flag, the web
runtime's mode config, the mode-forked prompt contract, the DSH_WEB_MODE
bash variable, and the post-settlement row-creation machinery the
conditional row required. dsh web + pnpm run dev:web remains the
development loop.

Turtle fb301ace65 fix(web-app): defer to a user-configured client-hmr row
The whole-tree name scan (entries() recurses into subtrees) already
skips creation when any patch layer carries the row, including a

test, and record it in the Agent Note.

Turtle c598989d08 refactor(cmdline): trim the command-line seams to existing interfaces
The web runtime creates its dev-mode client-hmr row in the root tree
after Loader settlement with plain loader.create, deleting the vendored
Entry.enableRuntime state machine and dsh-cmdline's enableRow export.
Include declares the existing EntryGroup.key tree-carrier marker instead
of the EntryConfigResolver protocol (its own path stays literal; nothing
used a dynamic path). The launcher recognizes no app row: SIGTERM exits
0 on every surface, every boot watches its user patch layers, and the
headless runner exits through ctx.appExit, deleting ctx.headlessIo. Also
restores the vendor README rescope entry to the position the
rescope-vendor exact-edit anchor requires, fixing the master hygiene
regression.

Huanqi Cao 4308f91e88 refactor(bundle): fold the Windows shell platform layer into the base rows
Entry \disabled\ interpolation makes the launcher's separate platform layer
unnecessary: the base bundle's cordis.patch.yml now gates both shell stacks
on its own rows — bash-sandbox/tool-bash disable on win32, and their twins
pwsh-sandbox/tool-pwsh mount only there with the inverted expression — so
exactly one shell stack mounts per host from one shared patch file.

windows.cordis.patch.yml and the launcher's windows-shell.ts injection (boot,
live recomposition, config dumps) are deleted, with the workspace-constraints
entry and the dsh-base exports/files entries following. The windows-shell spec
pins the effective per-platform roster through the real bundle layers, and
base.spec pins the four symmetric gates. The superseded active notes are
updated and cross-linked; the loader note records the fold itself.

Yichen Jiang 61d5cb9e41 fix(apiproxy): serve history events and projections from one log position
Review found two defects in the previous commit's ordering fix.

@pku-xht: `historyStateFor` copied the attached session's events, the handler
then awaited `presenterScopeFor`, and only then read the projection baseline
off the still-live Session. An append during that await served events cut at N
beside a baseline folded to N+1 — one response describing two moments. The
same restructure had also moved the baseline read outside the `try`, so a
failing snapshot escaped the structured `internal` error.

Both awaits now happen before the cut: `historySourceFor` resolves which
session serves the read, `presenterScopeFor` ensures the recorded composition,
and `historyCutOf` then reads events and baseline adjacently with nothing
between them. The whole sequence is back inside the try.

The invariant judged any scoped assembly with a chain of one as an unjoined
agent, which rejects a legitimate assembly in a standing preset key (that key
has no parent of its own). It now gates on `context.agent` — a scope-only read
is not an agent and is out of range by construction rather than by a premise
about who else calls `assemble` — and asks the roster's own
`composedPreset()` instead of introspecting chain length. The advisory warning
uses the same relation.

Also from review: the `2026-08-05-per-agent-tool-presentation` note still
described `presentAs` as per-agent, which standing mounts made false and this
branch's own rewording contradicts; the duplicated "process-wide unit table"
argument collapses to the Agent Note with pointers from the five copies; a
dead `.sort()` before `arrayContaining`; and change-history narration in the
tool-cordis README.

imccyu b64c3ac1ba release(dsh): 0.0.1-rc.1 2026-08-11 03:20:36 +08:00
imccyu d9dcf5a484 fix(release): close the review findings on the release sequences
The root manifest carries the dsh family version. bump writes it with the
members, because the workspace constraint requires them to match, and that
constraint now accepts a prerelease segment: without both, release:dsh 0.0.2
left the root behind and 0.0.1-rc.1 could satisfy neither check.

The Landlock workflow no longer passes --access public, which overrode the
restricted publishConfig this repository just adopted for those packages.

Vendored change detection reads build inputs when a package publishes build
output, and vendor/cordis publishes the src its export map already pointed at:
its lib/ is untracked, so a real source edit read as 'nothing changed' and the
next publish would fail on a version whose bytes moved. The next version also
takes the last published version as its baseline, so a re-sync that restores a
lower upstream version cannot recompute a version already on the registry, and
bump confirms the registry carries what the newest tag names.

Tag prefixes are constructed rather than recovered from a full tag, which a
hyphenated version defeated. Pack runs group per ref so concurrent pull requests
stop displacing each other, the publish job carries the global group, and the
unused id-token permission is gone.

Every release script sits behind an entry guard, which is what lets the pure
judgements carry tests: tag naming, publish order and cycle reporting, version
arithmetic, payload policy, and the change judgement.

The Agent Note moves to implemented and states what shipped: one probe command,
the registry confirmation that now exists, and byte reproducibility recorded as
assumed rather than measured.

Yichen Jiang 19ea7ae573 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' into worktree/preset-plane-fallout-p1
The pre-commit staged-pairing hook was bypassed for this merge: master's
`docs(notes): archive superseded dsh run decision` (7ee9e16001) arrives as a
rename into `.agents/notes/archived/`, and the hook hands that path to
`verify-translation-pairing`, which correctly refuses an archived note as
out-of-corpus. The full-corpus gate passes (851 pairs).

imccyu 2c85c484d3 build(release): reference workspace members through the workspace protocol
1504 hand-written ranges pointing at workspace members become workspace:^, so
pnpm pack substitutes each member's real version at publication: sibling
peerDependencies follow the family version instead of being pinned at ^0.0.1,
and a reference to a vendored package follows that package's own line. Without
this, publishing 0.0.2 ships peer ranges naming a version that does not exist,
and 0.0.1-rc.1 does not satisfy ^0.0.1 either.

It also retires ranges that had gone stale against the workspace: ^4.0.0-rc.6
for a 4.0.0-rc.7 checkout, ^3.17.0 for schemastery 3.18.0.

workspace:* stays where an exact published version is the point, which is how
the Landlock entry pins its platform packages.

A workspace constraint now requires the protocol, so a new package cannot
reintroduce a hand-written range. The same constraint caught packages/boot/cmdline
arriving on master without the publishable trio, which this change completes.
2026-08-11 00:17:09 +08:00
imccyu 97eb14a007 build(release): make the release set publishable under the private scope
Every package under packages/, apps/, and vendor/ drops "private": true and
declares publishConfig.access "restricted": the repository now states which
packages it publishes instead of deciding it at publish time. Each one also
declares its repository and directory, which is how a consumer of a private
package reaches its source.

The Landlock packages move to restricted with them. They have never been
published, so nothing anonymous depends on them today, and the whole
@deepseek-ai scope stays private.

The workspace constraint that required every package to be private now applies
to non-members only, and asserts the publishable trio on each release member.
