Yichen Jiang 96c44c83d4 test(web): stabilize and refresh the aria goldens for the speed readings 
The TTFT and tok/s readings divide by measured wall time, so they are not
reproducible: the same replayed scenario yielded 69 and 70 tok/s on
consecutive local runs, and a 3 ms replayed stream reads 26333 tok/s. Baking
those into committed goldens made the Web lane flaky by construction, and the
goldens for the readings themselves were never refreshed.

Three fixes, then a refresh:

The footer's decorative dots are `aria-hidden`, so the readings concatenated
into one accessible string — `Ran for 13sTTFT 0.2s12 tok/s`. That is a real
defect on its own (a reader hears one run-on instead of three facts) and it
also denied `{{duration}}` the word boundary it matches on, so even the
previously-stable `Ran for` duration started leaking raw. The separators now
carry flanking spaces.

`normalizeAria` gains `{{throughput}}` beside `{{duration}}`, and its duration
alternation accepts the stats line's compact `2m42s` as well as the
message-chrome template's `2m 42s` — the compact form had no pattern at all,
which is why `LLM 382m39s` survived the first refresh.

Refreshed 17 goldens. They also record that the stats line's `LLM` group now
renders at all: it folds assistant `timing`, which the live transcript adapter
only began attaching in this branch, so the group was previously dead in Chat.

Verified by running the lane in replay three times after the refresh: 41/41
files green each time, goldens untouched. Before this change two consecutive
runs disagreed on both the values and the failure count.

Chinesezjc 4276a7386f fix(web-cards): restore AT status text, guard file-link keys, add read docs 
Address review of the ToolRow card refactor:
- ToolRow renders a visually-hidden run-state label (row.running/failed/stopped
  locale keys) so a running/failed/interrupted row is not a colour-only signal;
  the StateDot and the sweep are both aria-hidden. Restores the stopped-state
  text assertion in diff-card.spec at the ToolRow layer.
- The file-link button stops Enter/Space from bubbling to DisclosureRow's
  whole-row keydown, which would preventDefault the key and toggle expand
  instead of opening the file (the keyboard analogue of the click stopPropagation).
- search-row passes output={model.output} unconditionally, matching the other
  three card rows (ToolRow renders the card over the output when present).
- Assert locale: 'conversation' in the search/web/diff registration tests.
- Add the read render-intent paragraph to the ui-conversation README and a
  ReadBlock atom entry + Read section to ui-primitives (both languages).
- Update the grep fixture sample lines to the post-refactor SearchRow shape.
Refresh the code-mode-round, steering, and search-card goldens for the added
status text and updated sample lines.

Chinesezjc b2e01e5ba9 test(web-cards): update card specs and snapshots for collapsed ToolRow 
Rewrite the read/search/web/diff card spec suites for the collapsed-by-default
ToolRow composition: each row now needs the conversation `t`, and the card is
absent from the DOM until the row's [data-expandable] toggle is clicked. Refresh
the built-boot and search-card assembled snapshots (they expand the row before
shaping the card) and the code-mode-round golden. Fix a fixture turn-number
collision the 985/986 merge introduced (grep reused turn 67, already the
multi-hunk edit's, so both shared one callId) by renumbering search/web/todo to
68-72. Document the refactor's behavior in the ui-conversation README (both
languages) and add the Agent Note.

creatixchu 171c18b9ca cleanup(web): drop the unimplemented user-message edit control 
The user bubble's IconActions row carried an edit button with no click
handler, no client mutation, and no host operation behind it, advertising
an affordance the product cannot honor. The row now renders clock / copy /
branch only for both user and assistant chrome, and MessageIconActions
loses the `edit` prop with the button.

The package README records the missing capability under Known Limitations,
the web aria goldens pin the row without the control, and the Agent Note
states what must exist before it comes back.

Yichen Jiang 4ef128cd50 test(web): drop the host-skill context row from the conversation goldens 
These goldens were recorded on a machine with personal skills under ~/.dsh and
~/.agents, so every one of them pinned a context-injection row a clean runner
cannot produce — which is why the browser lane failed on CI and passed
locally. master's scaffold fix confines skill-local's host-level roots to the
temp world; re-recording against it removes the row and nothing else.
seeded-history keeps its row: that scenario seeds the event itself.

The nested read of a missing file surfaces its error state as 失败 in the
code-dispatch row summary, a consequence of this PR's read-card error
presentation. The golden predated it (never re-recorded while the PR was
conflicting); refreshed keyless via DSH_SNAPSHOT=refresh over the existing
session.jsonl.

Yichen Jiang 5b29d04c21 test(web): re-record the goldens for master's context-injection disclosure 
Merging master swapped the plain "▸ 上下文注入" button for the shared
DisclosureRow, which every conversation golden carrying an injected-context
row renders. The only change in all twelve files is that row.

Hypatia May c84ad45f26 test(web): re-record composer stats goldens over merged master 
Reapplies this branch's one added occupancy segment on top of master's own
golden refresh from the preceding merge. Recorded with DSH_SNAPSHOT=refresh,
not hand-edited: an attempt to strip the co-recorded context-injection
affordance out of these files broke replay, which is the suite working as
intended — a golden must match the real render byte-for-byte.

Web replay is now 76/77. The one failure, queue-actions ("edits and removes
exact pending occurrences", counts 2 user/message events where it expects 1),
reproduces at pristine origin/master and is untouched here.
