Reject a copyleft conjunct in an expression like '(MIT OR Apache-2.0)
AND GPL-3.0-only', which a permissive-alternative search accepted.
Discover python/*/pyproject.toml by glob, accept single-quoted TOML
literals, and fail on a requirement whose name cannot be read. Say that
the development tier records who declares a package rather than what a
build bundles, since a runtime dependency can pull one in transitively,
and sync the contributor guide's pre-commit list.
The briefing now maps each update at the narrowest safely aligned
granularity, widening deterministically on mapping failure: a change
confined to the pair's byte-identical code fences is computed outright
(--apply splices it into the counterpart and validates the result
against the pairing gate's structural signature before writing);
otherwise changed Markdown units — headings, paragraphs, table rows,
list items, fences, block quotes, HTML blocks, thematic breaks, link
definitions, matched by container-scoped kind sequences — each carry
their last-confirmed source, current source, and current counterpart
text; units that do not align fall back to depth-matched heading
sections (depth only, so translated heading text still maps); and when
sections do not align either, or both sides drifted, the briefing says
so and withholds the mapping. Terminology rows now match the changed
spans only, English terms on word boundaries with plural inflections,
and Chinese-target briefings track each relevant term's document-wide
first occurrence — a moved occurrence pulls the vacated and receiving
spans into the briefing with an explanatory note.
The unit mapping, mechanical code splice, and first-occurrence tracking
adopt the planner design from the incremental prompt-pipeline PR (#684),
whose provider-backed bake-off independently validated the same scope
ladder; this PR carries those mechanics into the agent-facing briefing
path so both consumers of the consistency records behave alike. The
prior line-hunk section mapping and its heading-text alignment (which
could not map cross-language sections) are replaced wholesale.
Docs: SKILL.md update path, i18n README pair, development.md pair, and
the briefed-updates Agent Note pair brought along; the development.md
fence edit was applied with --apply itself, and the prose updates were
made through the new unit/section briefings.
The dsh-translate-docs skill now triages updates onto a briefing-driven
path — gen-translation-brief output as the translator's whole working
set, orchestrator-applied mechanical fence edits, scoped record/check —
while the whole-document path for new pairs is unchanged. The i18n
README documents the scoped gate forms and the briefing tool;
development.md lists the new command; the new bilingual Agent Note
records the decision and the ten-example benchmark behind it (briefed
path ~1/3 the tokens and wall clock of the corpus-loading path at equal
judged quality; whole-document re-translation rejected on preservation
collapse). Counterpart updates in this commit were produced with the
new briefed path; the new note's Chinese side is a whole-document
translation.
New authoritative section docs/development.md#typescript-project-layout
(five files, three roles, the program-vs-resolution principle and its two
disciplines), two repo conventions in AGENTS.md, package tsconfig shape in
packages/AGENTS.md, cookbook touch-lists updated for the two aggregates,
test source-plane rule in docs/testing.md. Decision record: new Agent Note
2026-07-22-tsconfig-solution-root-two-aggregates; ts-build-config note
updated in place (tsc-first pipeline unchanged); the two GUI RFCs now name
tsconfig.host.json. All bilingual pairs re-recorded. Doc budget ceilings
raised: AGENTS.md 1680, docs/testing.md 1020, packages/AGENTS.md 660 (two
new one-line conventions and one new section on already-near-ceiling docs).
Mission spec for the code-side migration: missions/tsconfig-single-graph-migration.md.
pnpm run doc-sync was a serial &&-chain of 24 pnpm run subcommands; the
24 script bodies finish in ~34s while the chain takes ~3min, all wrapper
overhead. Add a doc-sync mode to scripts/run-gates.ts expanding to
docSyncLeafGates() (concurrency capped at 4 like pre-push: several doc
gates each build a full ts.Program) and point the package script at it,
making the leaf list the single source of truth for the member set.
Consolidating the two lists surfaced drift: verify-cordis-api joined the
package.json chain with the runtime API catalog but was never added to
docSyncLeafGates, so CI and pre-push never gated that catalog's
freshness. Add the missing leaf.
Name the runnable leaf for the line-oriented front door it owns, matching the existing tui-agent and acp-agent organization. Move the complete config, Code Mode overlay, tests, metadata, and generated composition graph together, then update every loader path and repository reference.
Keep the shared model identity independent of its terminal front door by phrasing the persona as a coding-agent role rather than retaining the retired leaf name. Regenerate graph and tool catalogs and re-record each affected bilingual pair so derived documentation cannot point at the removed path.
Bring the TUI branch onto master after PR #378 landed so PR #363 is evaluated against the current type-equivalence documentation contract.
Resolve the bilingual development-record overlap by regenerating the English/Chinese consistency record from the merged documents. This preserves the branch's built-subprocess guidance alongside master's expanded JSDoc type-equivalence rules.
Move the interactive pi-tui front door into @deepseek-ai/dsh-tui while keeping @deepseek-ai/dsh-stdio line-oriented for pipes. Select the terminal package in the demo app, preserve logger ownership, and cover the production Loader composition with a PTY smoke test.
