The native adapter's route was named deepseek, colliding with pi-ai's catalog provider of the same name, so the two DeepSeek paths could never be mounted side by side. The web settings page needs both configurable at once. Compositions, fixtures, goldens, scaffolding defaults, and docs all move together (pre-release, no shim); TUI/session-query-spill/ missing-credential goldens re-recorded through their keyless refresh modes because provider-name length shifts box padding and spill truncation points.	2026-07-29 16:36:07 +08:00

kingwl	a00d1e0496	refactor(mode): move exit-tool visibility onto the registry restriction layer; register /mode; drop unconsumed surfaces ... The master merge brought the tool registry's per-scope restriction layer (tools.restrict), which makes dsh-mode's prepend assemble filter a duplicate enforcement shape: it re-implemented the registry's SDK-section rendering (renderToolsSdk + the RUN_CODE_NAME exclusion) and hid the exit tool from prompts only — dispatch stayed open and the execute-time re-check was the real gate. The service now reconciles a per-agent deny restriction on agent.ctx at agent/created and at every boundary flush, so wire schemas, the Code Mode tools:sdk section, AND dispatch resolve exit_plan_mode through the one registry view (a default-mode call answers UNKNOWN_TOOL, byte-identical to a no-dsh-mode deployment). The execute-time folded-mode re-check stays as defense in depth for a direct foreign mode/set append no boundary has reconciled yet. Two zero-consumer surfaces removed per the pre-release stance: - AgentOptions.mode creation seeding (declaration merge + agent/created listener); a caller selects through set() before the first turn, and the deferred subagent inheritance returns together with its consumer. - The dropped-definition boundary notice (droppedNoticed + narration): custom mode definitions have no production consumer, so nothing can be dropped; fold-to-default degradation is unchanged. The stdio removal had left plan mode ACP-only while docs still claimed a /mode command. dsh-mode now registers /mode on the plugin-owned command registry through an optional ctx.inject(['commands']) child (type-only peer edge on dsh-commands), so the TUI and the ACP slash-command surface both gain it; examples/tui-agent composes dsh-mode. ACP/TUI expected outputs refreshed keyless for the available_commands_update delta. Docs updated in place (mode READMEs, the plan-mode Agent Note's realization sections); catalogs and graphs regenerated.	2026-07-21 11:11:35 +08:00

Every session.jsonl fixture embedded the full composed system prompt and complete tool-schema list in its request/header event (~8 KB on one line, identical across the suite), so any prompt or tool-schema edit forced a re-record or hand-edit of every fixture — see the dynamic-workflows PR for the churn pattern this removes. Now exactly one scenario (text-turn, flagged pinsHeader) commits and compares that content verbatim; every other fixture stores and compares it as {{system}}/{{tools}} tokens via the new pure scrubRequestHeaders normalizer (applied to both compare sides and to record-mode writes, so a re-record cannot reintroduce the content). request/header-delta payloads are scrubbed the same way; config/reason stay verbatim — a model swap SHOULD churn every fixture, a prompt edit should not. Replay is unaffected: script derivation reads only assistant/chunk events. Fixture meta-guards enforce the split: non-pinning fixtures must be fixed points of the scrub, the pinning fixture must not be, and exactly one scenario pins. Committed fixtures migrated through the same function. One re-record after the header events landed: recorded scenarios re-harvested against the live API; the three fs-writing fixtures are relativized (this recording's model happened to emit absolute file_path arguments, which only round-trip through replay when the path is cwd-independent) and, with the two never-re-recorded authored scenarios (error-finish, cancel), rewritten in the normalized authored-fixture form the harness documents — each now carrying the request/header snapshot the loop logs before its first dispatch. Tianyi Cui	b0422f2a50	fix review findings: bump session format version + restore late turn-end warn ... Codex review of the trace-event fold found two merge-blockers. Blocker #1 — format version. Folding usage onto assistant/message and removing the standalone usage/error events changed the persisted SessionEventMap shape, which per the AGENTS.md "bump the version and reject — don't migrate" policy requires a backend to reject any non-current log. Centralize the version in an exported SESSION_FORMAT_VERSION constant (dsh-session), read by both write sites (Session constructor default, SessionStore.prepare header) and the coordinator's load-time assertVersion check. The constant is pinned at 0: while unreleased the on-disk format is unstable/pre-release, so breaking shape churn is absorbed at v0 (no monotonic bump until the first tagged release) and any non-0 log is rejected on load — no migration. Update every test/fixture/doc that stamps a currently-written header to the constant, bump the ACP snapshot fixture + golden headers to v0, and keep the version-rejection test meaningful by switching its bad value to a clearly non-current 99. AGENTS.md documents both the monotonic (SQLite SCHEMA_VERSION) and pinned-0 (session log) pre-release stances. Blocker #2 — restore the late turn-end warn. failTurn now sets the error reason only while the turn is still open; once turn/end is appended (a throwing agent/turn-end listener after closeTurn) the reason can no longer reach the durable log, so the late throw is logged via ctx.logger.warn instead of vanishing into a futile post-close assignment. A regression test asserts the warn fires. Also guard the normal-step assistant/message append with the same content-or-usage condition as the max-tokens branch (a content-less, usage-less step records no trace-only row), with a covering test.	2026-06-21 11:08:10 +08:00
