Both web-GUI groups shipped without the group README that the packages
table names as each group's canonical package/ctx-key map, and without
rows in that table. Adds both bilingual pairs, the two table rows
(ceiling 835→870: two genuinely new product groups joined the canonical
table at minimal row width), and fixes webserver README drift
(WebServerService/ctx.webServer → HttpServerService/ctx.httpServer,
matching src/index.ts).
Resolutions: regenerate the conflicted generated docs (cordis services
catalog, event-producer-consumer, module-graph); take master's
packages/README pair and re-insert the telemetry row on both sides;
re-record the README and session-doc translation pairs.
Current-state fixes: two test comments still named the pre-rename
spawnProcess; two narrated history ('the old whole-chunk drop', 'no
longer kills backend work') instead of the pinned contract; and the
packages/README row said process-group where the seam's own vocabulary
is process-tree (en+zh, pair re-recorded).
Master made bilingual pairing mandatory repo-wide; the subprocess family
docs get their zh counterparts: new pairs for the core-data subprocess
catalog and the three subprocess READMEs (switcher lines added on the en
side), and minimal zh updates for the packages/bash/bash-local README
deltas this PR made, with pairing records recorded.
Resolutions: regenerate docs/capability-seams.md (the only conflict);
master widened the bilingual pairing scope to package READMEs, so this
merge adds the Chinese counterparts and i18n records for the three
telemetry READMEs and patches packages/README.zh.md with the telemetry
group row.
