Workspaces are vendor/* (Cordis framework vendored as source) and packages/* (@deepseek-ai/dsh-* harness packages). Dev/test/demo run unbuilt via tsx + root tsconfig paths; build = tsc -b (declarations) + dumble (JS bundles); tests = vitest + vite-tsconfig-paths.
