Tianyi Cui 06cebf1bf4 fix(scope): make the dispatch carrier method-transparent for native-private subjects
ds-review-bot delta-round finding, verified: cordis hands the carrier to
listeners as `this`, and the event declarations type it Scoped<Agent> — so
driving the subject through it (this.send(...) in an agent/* listener) is a
SUPPORTED shape. The withProps-based carrier delegated gets with the PROXY
as receiver, so ReactLoopAgent's send/steer/cancel — which read the
native-private #carrier through a getter — threw TypeError when called that
way (private members do not exist on proxy receivers).

scopeTarget now builds its own proxy: overlay props (the composed filter and
the carrier mark) answer from a null-shadowed literal via hasOwn (`in` would
let Object.prototype's toString/constructor shadow the subject's), every
other get delegates with the BASE as receiver (getters see the real object)
and returns functions bound to the base (method calls execute on the real
receiver), sets land on the base. A proxy-invariant guard reports frozen own
function props unchanged (binding them would violate the get invariant).
This kills the class at the seam — any subject with native privates works,
today's agents and whatever carries them next — instead of patching the one
#carrier field.

Pinned both ways: a scope.spec matrix (native-#private method/getter through
the carrier mutates the real object; set delegation; frozen-own-prop
invariant; overlay non-shadowing) and the bot's exact end-to-end scenario
(an agent/session-start listener calling this.send drives a real turn) —
both fail with TypeError against the withProps carrier.

Tianyi Cui 7c5133488a refactor(core): every registry register-method returns the exact effect disposer
The exact-disposer fix (5fbac8be B1) repaired agents.register but left the
same wrapper (return () => void dispose()) at seven sibling sites:
tools.register, tools.restrict, systemPrompt.section/tools/variable,
agents.setFactory, and subagents.registerProvider. A wrapper makes correct
composite usage unrepresentable — the exact disposer cannot be recovered, so
a generator effect yielding it leaves the inner effect disposing as a
CONCURRENT SIBLING on owner unload, silently reproducing B1's ordering
corruption. The exact disposer serves both usages (composite-nestable AND
fire-and-forget callable); all seven now return it, typed
() => Promise<void> | void, with the convention pinned by a discriminating
test: an async-link composite probe that passes with the exact disposer and
observes the sibling unregistration firing mid-drain with a wrapper.

Re-auditing also surfaced that B1 itself SHIPPED a full-lint failure: it
changed register()'s return type without updating cross-file consumers
(agent.spec.ts dispose() statements, tool-bash's disposer list), which the
staged-scoped pre-commit lint never saw — pnpm run lint was red at HEAD.
Those three sites and this change's own fallout are fixed together: tests
now await disposers (stronger — they observe the full unwind), sync
paths void them, and the two annotation sites carry the honest union type.
agents.register's README line had drifted the same way (B1 updated the
JSDoc, not the README) — all seven README signatures now match; services
catalog regenerated.

Tianyi Cui 547aacee2f fix: honor the teardown order on owner unload; make the structured commit unconditional
Adversarial-review findings (own reviewer agent), each verified and pinned:

B1: agents.register() returned a wrapper lambda, so the factory composite's
yield could not identity-nest it — on OWNER unload the unregistration (and
agent/disposed) disposed as a concurrent sibling, firing mid-drain while
the final turn was still closing (pre-existing on master; this branch's
docs re-assert the order, so it must be true). register() now returns the
EXACT cordis effect disposer (the Scope.rawDispose move); the composite
nests it and owner unload runs stop/drain -> unregister -> detach -> scope
like every other path. Regression test pins turn-end before disposed
before detach on owner unload.

B2: the structured two-phase commit could promote a stale stage when a
later capture call REUSED the orphaned stage's call id with a body that
never staged (denied downstream, or invalid args throwing pre-stage). The
runtime's pre-execute listener now clears any stale stage unconditionally
when a new capture call enters the pipeline — only a call's own body can
stage for its commit; the call-id mismatch guard becomes a defensive
second layer. Repro test: blocked capture then same-id invalid call.

C1: an explicit empty toolFilter config now fails at plugin LOAD (the
check is self-contained) instead of killing every delegation at child
setup. C2: Scope.dispose/ScopeHost.dispose @returns state the single-shot
repeat-call semantics honestly.

Tianyi Cui 513ba2716d fix(agent-loop): one quiescence boundary across owner unload and handle.dispose
Cordis effect disposers are single-shot but not await-idempotent: when the
owning fiber's unload invokes the raw wrapper first, a concurrent
handle.dispose() got an immediate undefined and resolved before teardown
finished — violating the driver's stated one-boundary contract (Codex
implementation-review finding). The teardown chain's FIRST-yielded (so
disposed-last) disposer now resolves a shared completion promise; the
handle path awaits it after the wrapper, so tool-finally, parent-teardown,
and owner-unload all observe the same fully-torn-down state. Regression
test: owner unload begins first, concurrent handle.dispose still awaits
unregistration + session detach.

Tianyi Cui e7b712453a test: close the per-file coverage gaps for the scoping surface
Every subject-extractor row of the invariants carrier table is exercised
with a matching and a foreign-keyed carrier; the HMR re-apply seed path
(sessions of agents that predate the plugin are marked started) is pinned;
the scoped tool-provider disposal, plural restrict() validation, singular
scopeHost absentee, tool-subagent passthrough, stale-stage drop, and
disposing-parent spawn (INACTIVE_EFFECT, no orphan) each gain their test.
Two genuinely defensive branches carry justified v8-ignore markers.

Tianyi Cui cc24e79cd2 docs: agent-scope RFC, CONTEXT.md glossary, architecture scope section, README sync
The agent-scope-contexts RFC (implemented) records the decision tree:
the dsh-scope primitive over cordis extend/Context.filter/no-op fibers,
two-level flat scope with shadowing, restriction/grant semantics, the
scoped-dispatch rule with fused helpers, the setup window, and the
alternatives (explicit scope params, isolate, event-filtering-only,
vendored support) with why each lost. CONTEXT.md pins the glossary.
architecture.md gains the Agent Scope section, the dsh-scope spine row,
the scoped turn-flow line, and an extension-table row (ceiling 1640→1790:
the two-layer registration model is a new architectural axis; additions
are condensed to pointers). READMEs of every touched package re-state
their scoped facts; the stale structured-runtime README section is
replaced by the scoped-registration description.

Tianyi Cui e7bcbb8bc6 feat(dx): scopeHost, agent-aware ACP presentation, and the scoped-dispatch drift gate
scopeHost(ctx, services) is the sanctioned way to mint scopes in tests: it
names absent services loudly instead of the cryptic cordis without-inject
dead end, and catches the silent-no-op host (cordis resolves a
dependency-pending fiber's await without running the inject callback).

The ACP ToolPresenter resolves presentations through the session agent's
view (tools.get(name, agent)) so a scoped/shadowed tool renders with the
same definition that executed.

verify-scoped-dispatch (doc-sync + pre-push) pins the dev-invariants
carrier table against the declaration JSDoc set: an event enforced but
undocumented, documented but unenforced, or a registry-subject notification
leaking into the table fails the build. subagent/start|end docs gain their
scoped-dispatch sentence (a real gap the gate caught on first run).

Tianyi Cui f387b774a9 feat(agent): the agent is a registration scope — Agent.ctx, setup slot, fused scoped dispatch
Every live agent owns a dsh-scope context (Agent.ctx, key = the agent),
minted inside the loop's composite lifecycle effect: registrations through
it are agent-visible and agent-lifetime, and agent.ctx listeners hear only
that agent's dispatches. The composite yields the scope's raw disposer
first (identity-nested, no un-nested window), then session entry (scoped
enter captures the session carrier), then registration; teardown runs
stop/drain -> unregister -> detach session -> unwind scope, keeping
store/registry rollback synchronous on every failure path.

CreateAgentOptions.setup(agentCtx) runs after the scope is minted and the
agent registered, before agent/session-start and the loop start — the slot
where a creator composes the agent's scoped world (persona sections,
restrict(), scoped tools); a throwing setup unwinds inside the rollback
boundary. Setup registers, it never drives.

agentEvents(ctx, agent) fuses the scope carrier with the injected subject
argument for every agent/* dispatch (the correct dispatch is the shortest
spelling); assembleContextFor(agent) pairs the agent DX field with the
scope layer selector. All loop/agent/registry dispatch sites converted;
agent/* event declarations carry this: Scoped<Agent>; ctx.agent is a safe
root accessor defaulting undefined, shadowed by each agent context.

Tianyi Cui 3d16026eb0 feat(core): scope-aware registries and session dispatch carriers
dsh-tools and dsh-system-prompt gain a per-scope registration layer over
dsh-scope: a registration through a scoped context files into that scope,
shadows a same-named global contribution for that scope (per-agent persona
and tool variants), and unwinds with the scope. tools.restrict() masks the
global surface per scope (snapshot-at-registration, loud unknown-name
validation, intersection composition; scoped grants bypass). One visibility
function feeds schemas/get/execute, so prompt, presentation, and dispatch
can never disagree; out-of-view executes as UNKNOWN_TOOL.

Prompt tool providers now receive the AssembleContext and return
{schemas, knownNames}: toolOrder validates against the pre-restriction name
universe (a typo fails every assembly loudly) while ordering operates on
the post-restriction schemas (a restricted-away tool is a normal absence).

dsh-session captures each session's dispatch carrier at enter() from the
entering context's scope tag, and the new sessions.flush(session) owns the
awaited session/flush dispatch. tools/pre|post-execute and
system-prompt/assemble dispatch with scope carriers keyed by their subject;
session/created|event|flush by the owning session's scope.

Tianyi Cui 32db205c10 feat(scope): dsh-scope scoped-context registration primitive
createScope(ctx, key) mints a tagged context over a synchronously-usable
no-op-plugin fiber (one fact drives visibility AND lifetime); scopeOf reads
the tag through the prototype chain; scopeTarget(base, key) builds the
scope-filtered dispatch carrier over cordis Context.filter, composing the
base's own filter, branded Scoped<T> and runtime-marked for the dev
invariants. Scope.rawDispose exposes the exact cordis disposer so a
composite effect can nest the scope's teardown at its yield position.

Tianyi Cui d1b52a063b fix review findings: own-property and plain-JSON discipline in the schema subset
Three Codex findings on json-schema.ts, one discipline:

- required-declared and every value check now use Object.hasOwn — 'in' let
  inherited names (toString) satisfy required, dodge additionalProperties:
  false, and validate a declared property against the value's prototype
  member instead of a carried one
- isObjectLike now means PLAIN JSON object (proto chain of at most one link,
  realm-agnostic): a Date annotation or a Map-as-properties no longer passes
  structurally and serializes lossily — they fail loud as subset violations
- startInProcessRun asserts BEFORE the defensive structuredClone, so a
  hostile schema fails as OutputSchemaError, never a raw DataCloneError

Also the type-equiv catalog gap: tools.md gains the structured-output subset
vocabulary (4 blocks) with matching manifest entries. The driver index also
drops the runtime internals from its public re-export (runs acquire it
internally; no external consumer remains — see the following commit).

imccyu adbba0deb2 fix(system-prompt): reject a toolOrder that names an unregistered tool
Review follow-up (#196): a listed name with no registered tool was silently
ignored; misconfiguration must block work instead. The check lives in the
assembly — the earliest moment the registered tool set exists (tool plugins
register after the service constructs) and the only universal one (cordis has
no "all plugins loaded" event; registrations change at any time). assemble()
is now async so the throw surfaces as a rejection rather than a synchronous
escape from a Promise-returning method.

Blast radius, pinned by a loop-level test: the rejection reaches the turn's
outer catch — the turn closes balanced with an `error` reason, agent/error
mirrors it, no step opens, no request/header is logged, no request reaches
the adapter, and the agent returns to idle; every turn fails identically
until the config is fixed. A boot-time validation pass was considered and
rejected (recorded in the RFC). The general principle — misconfiguration
fails loud, never a silent skip — is added to AGENTS.md.

imccyu 72933ec558 refactor(system-prompt): rename TOOL_ORDER_REST from '...' to '<unlisted-tools>'
A three-dot rest entry reads as elision in a cordis.yml; the spelled-out
sentinel says what lands there. The literal now appears once in code (the
constant) and once in the value-pinning test; every other reference — the
forwarding tests included — imports TOOL_ORDER_REST, which adds the
dsh-system-prompt devDependency to the two app packages.

Review follow-up on #196.

Tianyi Cui 5e4ac5e472 fix review findings: CI leaf-gate wiring, heritage return surface, AGENTS.md self-containedness
- run-gates.ts docSyncLeafGates() gains verify-export-jsdoc — CI lanes
  and the pre-push hook execute this leaf list, not the doc-sync npm
  script, so the gate was previously unenforced there (proven by
  SessionForkErrorCode landing undocumented via a master merge while
  checks stayed green; now documented). Same wiring gap fixed for
  master's verify-config-catalog, which was also missing from the list.
- The heritage exemption now recovers the base's return surface: a void
  base return carried no @returns duty, so an override returning a
  concrete result documents it itself (annotated overrides run the
  standard check; unannotated ones are classified by the checker so
  faithful void overrides need no boilerplate annotation). Three new
  negative-path tests pin it; RFC and module doc updated.
- AGENTS.md states each principle inline instead of citing RFCs (eight
  citations removed; high-level doc links kept) and the editing section
  now carries the self-containedness rule.
- Generated catalogs/graphs regenerated for the shifted line pointers.

Tianyi Cui 51b715433d fix review finding: an export list surfaces only the declarators it names
A name resolved through an export list (or a default-export identifier)
mapped back to its whole VariableStatement, and checkDecl walked every
declarator — so a private sibling sharing the statement with an exported
const was wrongly required to carry JSDoc.

The scope dispatch is now two-phase: requests accumulate per statement
(null = whole statement for a direct export modifier or ambient scope;
name sets union across lists, so two lists naming different declarators
of one statement both count), then each surfaced statement is checked
once with the declarator filter. Regressions pin the private-sibling
skip, the cross-list union, and the default-export sibling.

Tianyi Cui f7bd7e82d1 fix review findings: restrict export-import aliases to prose-only targets
Codex round-3: alias prose matches the gate's strength only when the
target's own contract is prose-only. An export-import alias to a
function, class, or namespace target (or an unresolvable one) is now
refused — those carry signature/member contracts the alias cannot
hold; export the declaration directly instead. Const/enum/interface/
type-alias targets keep the self-documentation contract.

Tests pin the refusal for function, class, and namespace targets;
module doc and RFC updated.

Tianyi Cui f0ef280848 fix: identity-check name resolutions across the pasted closure; exclude the catalog from i18n pairing
Review findings on the config catalog:

The transitive-paste closure deduplicated by bare name, so two DIFFERENT
package-local declarations sharing a name would silently collapse to the
first one pasted — and a reference satisfied by the wrong declaration is a
wrong catalog, not just a thin one. Every resolution is now identity-checked
by source pointer: reaching the same declaration again is benign, while a
name that resolves to two distinct declarations, to conflicting imports, or
to a declaration in one file and an import in another is a violation — a
verbatim fence has a single flat namespace, so the fix is a rename at the
source. A spec case pins the two-declarations collision.

docs/config-catalog.md also joins the translation-pairing exclusions: it is
a generated English-only doc, and without the entry the gate would accept a
hand-added .zh.md twin it must reject.

Tianyi Cui eaac3b58a4 fix review findings: close wrapped-expression, alias, and binding-pattern gaps
Codex round-2 review found three adjacent fail-open shapes:

- Wrapped function expressions escaped classification: parentheses,
  as/satisfies casts, and non-null assertions are now peeled before the
  arrow/function test (initializers and default exports), and a
  single-call-signature type literal counts as the surface signature.
  A literal mixing call/construct signatures with anything else is
  refused outright — no single signature to hold the tags against.
- The blanket 'export import X = N.member' skip was unsound (the target
  can be a non-exported namespace member no walk visits): an alias now
  documents itself.
- The heritage extra-parameter duty missed binding-pattern extras,
  which no base declaration can name: they now trigger the standard
  binding-pattern violation.

Five new negative-path tests pin the closed shapes; module doc and RFC
updated.

Tianyi Cui 74502fa8c2 Structured output on the subagent seam: schema subset, capture runtime, spawn/fork support
Carved out of #170 per review feedback — the foundation the workflow tool
builds on, now standing alone on master:

- dsh-tools: the structured-output JSON Schema subset (StructuredOutputSchema,
  assertSupportedOutputSchema, validateStructuredValue) — rejects loud outside
  the enforced subset, listing every violation
- dsh-subagent: SubagentStartRequest.outputSchema / SubagentResult.structured
  become a real capability; the service rejects a schema'd request whose
  provider lacks it
- dsh-subagent-inprocess: the shared structured runtime — one global
  structured_output capture tool, a prepend final-assembly listener that
  strips the placeholder for plain agents and swaps in the run's own schema
  (plus the calling instruction as a trailing section) for structured
  children, an agent/turn-continuation veto once captured, and the
  capture/nudge loop in the run driver (structuredNudgeRetries, cancellation
  honored mid-nudge); lifetime refcounted by backends and live runs
- subagent-spawn / subagent-fork flip outputSchema: true

One deliberate divergence from the #170 revision: the backends do NOT add
'tools' to their plugin inject. Doing so deferred their apply past the todo
plugin, and the delegation tool mirrors provider lifecycle — so the
model-visible tool order of every existing prompt changed, invalidating every
recorded snapshot fixture. The runtime now gates its capture-tool registration
on tools availability itself (sync when live, a scoped inject fiber when the
Loader starts the backend first), keeping this PR byte-invisible to existing
transcripts: all 35 snapshot scenarios pass against master's fixtures
unchanged.

Tianyi Cui 9ff010cbef fix review findings: close export-form and heritage-exemption gaps
Codex round-1 review found three fail-open paths in the new gate:

- Unhandled export forms passed silently. checkDecl now fails CLOSED on
  unrecognized exported statement kinds, 'export =' is refused outright,
  'export import X = N.member' is an explicit documented skip (alias;
  definition site owns the doc), and ambient 'declare namespace' bodies
  recurse with implicit export semantics.
- Function-like exports escaped the function contract: non-identifier
  default exports and consts with INLINE function-type annotations now
  get full @param/@returns checks (the named-type waiver stays for
  reference annotations only).
- The heritage exemption was name-only: it no longer exempts a public
  override of a protected-only base member, and parameters the base
  never names keep their @param duty (underscore-prefixed renames of a
  base parameter count as the same parameter).

Eight new negative-path tests pin the closed gaps; RFC and module doc
updated to the refined contract.

Tianyi Cui fb3f3a69ec fix: extend the schema cross-check to nested key paths; scope the catalog framing
Review findings on the config catalog:

The schema-subset check compared only top-level z.object keys against
top-level type members, so a nested loader-accepted key (agents[].id,
agentOptions.model, capabilities.*) missing from the declared type would
pass the gate unseen. The walk now collects nested object/array
compositions as key paths and resolves each against the declared config
type — through interfaces (heritage included), aliases, literals,
intersections, unions, arrays, indexed access, Partial-style wrappers, and
type references across package-local and workspace imports (re-export
chains included). The check stays presence-only and one-directional, and
only a definite miss is a violation: a path crossing a type the walk
cannot enumerate (an external package's) is skipped, never mis-reported.
The recursion guard applies at named declarations only — a structural
first child shares its span start with its parent, so a span-keyed guard
on every node mistakes ordinary descent for a cycle and silently turns
definite misses into unknowns.

The page and RFC framing also overstated the catalog as the exact
cordis.yml-settable surface: the paste is the plugin's full declared
config type, and a field the runtime schema deliberately excludes (the ACP
bridge's test-injected stream) is a runtime-only seam its own JSDoc marks.
Both now say so.

Five spec cases pin the new behavior: nested hidden key, workspace
intersection via star re-export, Partial wrapper, indexed-access
composition, and the external-type unknown path.

Tianyi Cui 116e2c45a8 docs: flatten single-file catalog dirs to docs/tool-catalog.md and docs/persistence-catalog.md
A directory holding exactly one file adds a path level for nothing;
cordis-catalog/ keeps its folder because it holds two sibling pages
(events.md + services.md), matching config-catalog.md which was born flat.

docs/tool-catalog/tools.md -> docs/tool-catalog.md and
docs/persistence-catalog/log-events.md -> docs/persistence-catalog.md; their
generators' OUT paths and in-page relative links drop one directory level,
and every citation repo-wide (docs, RFCs, package READMEs, generator
headers) is updated. graph-atlas.md, config-catalog.md, and the doc graphs
regenerate with the new paths.

Tianyi Cui cd9737d569 Gate JSDoc completeness on every package export
New doc-sync gate verify-export-jsdoc walks every module-level exported
name under packages/*/*/src and requires description prose everywhere,
plus @param per parameter and @returns on non-void annotated returns for
function-like exports, public class methods, properties, and accessors.
The parsing + check helpers move out of gen-cordis-catalog.ts into a
shared scripts/jsdoc.ts so 'documented' means one thing on both gated
surfaces.

Deliberate exemptions (documented in the RFC): heritage-declared class
members (the seam declaration is the doc's one home — the one checker
query in an otherwise pure-AST walk), cordis plugin-protocol slots
(name/inject/reusable/Config/apply, top-level and static), constructors,
overload implementations, declare-module augmentation bodies, and
re-export statements (checked at the defining module).

The 203 under-documented exports the gate found at adoption are filled
in this change, so the gate lands green; generated catalogs/graphs are
regenerated for the shifted line pointers.

Tianyi Cui b0c7eadd23 feat: generated plugin config catalog (docs/config-catalog.md)
scripts/gen-config-catalog.ts walks every packages/<group>/<pkg> entry with
the TypeScript compiler API and emits docs/config-catalog.md: per loadable
plugin, the verbatim config declaration (JSDoc included) its apply/constructor
receives in a ts config-catalog fence, the inject requirements, resolved links
for every referenced type (package-local types pasted transitively, other
plugins' config types as intra-page anchors, LINK_MAP names to
core-data-structures, workspace types to source), and terse classification
lists for config-free plugins, abstract seams, and libraries — classification
is total, so a new package cannot go undocumented.

The walk enforces per-field JSDoc prose on every pasted declaration and
statically cross-checks the schemastery schema (z.object keys, z.intersect
composition across packages): every schema-validated key must be a declared
member of the config type. One violation existed repo-wide — the agents[].id
field in dsh-agent-loop — fixed by adding its JSDoc (which shifts the
cordis-catalog services page's source pointers; regenerated).

verify-config-catalog (--check) joins doc-sync; doc-typecheck learns the
ts config-catalog fence; gen-cordis-catalog exports its JSDoc/pointer helpers
and LINK_MAP for reuse. Negative-path spec in
packages/core/agent-core/tests/gen-config-catalog.spec.ts mirrors the
gen-cordis-catalog spec. Decision record:
docs/rfc/implemented/process/2026-07-06-generated-config-catalog.md (includes
the deliberate acceptance of README ## Config overlap).

Tianyi Cui 8bd80e5e9b fix review findings: one frozen seed through the waterfall; stale agent/request docs
Codex diff review, round 1, two (A) findings:

- The agent/request fallback resolved the RAW seed object — on later
  steps the session's cached header fold — so a delegating listener
  (await next(), mutate, return) could rewrite the fold in place and
  the change would compare as already-baseline: no delta logged, the
  persisted log unable to reconstruct the request (the dev invariant
  would fire on the divergence, but the log would still lie). One
  structuredClone'd, deep-frozen seed now serves both the listener
  chain and the fallback — in-place shaping after delegation throws —
  and Session.requestHeader() freezes its fold on update, so the leak
  class is unrepresentable from either side. Pinned by a loop-level
  delegating-mutator test.
- Doc sweep for the old contract: agent README's event row (mutate
  GenerateOptions / tool filtering → frozen config seed, replacement
  out, logged header), compact-basic's module JSDoc (summarize routed
  through agent/request → direct one-shot at llm/stream), and
  architecture.md's event-domain line (request mutation → call-config
  shaping).

Tianyi Cui c58e5adee7 test: close the coverage gaps the gate found
surface.replaceGeneration gets its direct-access test (the getter folds
a pending delta itself, not only via a nodes read); the reconstruction
theorem drives maxTokens and stop through the config waterfall; the
compact-basic envelope drops a dead conditional — config.maxTokens is
required and validated positive, so this backend's envelope always
carries the cap (the return type's optionality exists for overriding
subclasses).

Tianyi Cui 2093a8898b loop: every request is built from the log — boundary snapshot, header events, config-only waterfall
The loop is now transmission-stateless; a request is a pure function of
(session log, this step's rendered assembly, current AgentOptions):

- The reconstruction boundary is step/start: the messages snapshot is
  taken in the same synchronous frame immediately before the step/start
  append, so the request's messages are exactly the derivation over
  events[0..stepStartSeq) — an inject() from an agent/request listener
  (or any concurrent task) lands after the boundary and joins the NEXT
  request. This changes behavior for a synchronous step/start
  session/event listener that appends content (master derived after the
  append, so such a listener could reach the current request):
  agent/pre-step is the sanctioned seam for current-request content.
- agent/request is re-typed to config-only: (agent, turn, step,
  config: LlmCallConfig, next) → LlmCallConfig. The frozen seed comes
  from AgentOptions on a loop instance's first request (explicit options
  beat the logged baseline — fork overrides and resume reconfiguration
  stay correct) and from the log's folded header afterwards; listeners
  return a replacement to switch. Content shaping through the request is
  no longer expressible — model-visible content flows through the log
  channels.
- recordRequestHeader appends whatever header event the request owes the
  log before dispatch: an 'initial'/'resume' snapshot anchoring each
  loop instance, a round-trip-verified delta on change, a 'fallback'
  snapshot when the encoding cannot express it. Session.requestHeader()
  is the log's incrementally-folded baseline.
- Requests are deep-frozen before dispatch (deepFreeze exempts the
  AbortSignal — freezing one breaks AbortController.abort() outright);
  frozen + sessionId is the loop-built marker the dev invariant keys on.

Ported from #162 and re-anchored on the log: the append-extension /
frozen-end-to-end / compaction-resend / prompt-change property tests,
plus new specs for the boundary semantics, resume anchoring, and the
end-to-end theorem (every recorded request rebuilds byte-equal from the
log alone). Live cache-hit e2e (request-cache.e2e.ts) verified against
the real DeepSeek API. Snapshot goldens intentionally stale until the
single re-record after the compact/summary envelope lands.

Tianyi Cui a4f7e757fa session: cache the derived history — one projection per node, frozen and shared
deriveMessages() no longer re-derives and re-clones the whole surface
per call: each node is projected exactly once, when first seen (O(new
nodes) per access), through the now-public deriveEventMessage — the
per-node pure function external reconstructors and the dev invariant
fold over a log prefix, so no two paths can disagree about a request's
messages. A surface rewrite (replace, invalidate) rebuilds, signalled
by SurfaceManager.replaceGeneration — monotonic, bumped by every folded
replace and by invalidate(), never reset. Callers get a fresh array
snapshot per call over SHARED deep-frozen messages: isolation of the
append-only log moves from per-call cloning to unrepresentability
(mutation throws), which the two isolation tests now pin directly.

Tianyi Cui a7b569850b session: the request header becomes logged state — request/header events + fold/diff/apply
Every conversation request's non-content half (system prompt, tool
schemas, call config — the EpochHeader) is now recorded in the session
log: a 'request/header' full snapshot (reason 'initial' | 'resume' |
'fallback') anchors the fold at conversation birth and process
boundaries, and 'request/header-delta' events (system line-trim,
name-keyed tools delta, whole config) encode mid-run changes. The pure
trio — foldRequestHeader / diffHeader / applyHeaderDelta — reconstructs
the header any request was built under from the log alone; the writer
contract round-trip-verifies every delta with a 'fallback' snapshot
when the encoding cannot express a change (pure tool reordering), so a
well-formed log always folds cleanly. Canonical absence: empty system
and empty tools normalize to absent fields, matching request builds.

Persistence and cordis catalogs regenerated; SessionEventMap paste and
EpochHeader added to the core-data-structures session page.

Tianyi Cui 3633cf90c8 fix(review): contain provider-removed listener failures; pin the model-via-request path
ds-review-bot round 2, both warnings:

- subagent/provider-removed now routes through emitLifecycle (per-listener
  containment, the subagent/start|end precedent) instead of raw ctx.emit,
  whose dispatch halts on the first throw: a throwing subscriber can no
  longer starve a later mirror into keeping a stale tool, nor disrupt the
  backend fiber's teardown mid-disposer. provider-added deliberately keeps
  propagation (register-time rollback semantics, like the system-prompt
  registries); the asymmetry is documented on emitLifecycle, the event
  JSDoc, and the provider-lifecycle RFC.

- The documented model-via-agent/request fallback composes with a
  {{model}} persona via the ownership rule itself: the plugin supplying
  the model late states it early on the system-prompt/assemble waterfall.
  Declined re-ordering render after agent/request — it would break the
  agent/pre-step contract (compaction must measure the prompt the model
  sees). New loop test pins the supply path end-to-end; the RFC's
  {{model}} consequence bullet now covers supply as well as switch.

Tianyi Cui 3f83a4ee96 review: the persona becomes the system-prompt plugin's deployment config
Review round 2 (tianyicui inline comments):

- dsh-system-prompt itself registers the harness:identity (-100) and
  deployment:persona (0) sections — they must survive a swapped loop
  plugin, so they leave dsh-agent-loop; the persona text is the plugin's
  own validated 'persona' config. The model/cwd variables STAY on the
  loop: runtime facts of the agents it drives.
- AgentOptions.systemPrompt is deleted with all its forwarding plumbing:
  the app configs' systemPrompt keys become 'persona' routed through
  dsh-agent-core (schema = z.intersect of the owners'), the ACP bridge
  and tool-subagent stop carrying persona configuration, and subagent
  children now render the deployment persona like every other agent.
- Example personas drop transport/interface trivia (ACP, CLI) — facts
  irrelevant to the model.
- Root CONTEXT.md removed (not idiomatic); its persona definition was
  wrong under the new ownership anyway.
- Docs, READMEs, the prompt-variables RFC, and generated catalogs
  updated; new loop test pins the assemble-waterfall escape valve
  (an emptied assembly sends NO system field).
