Tianyi Cui 7a39616a06 fix(scripts): harden event-taxonomy brace walk against JSDoc braces (PR 4)

Strip comments before the interface-Events brace walk so a future {@link} tag
(or a // { line) inside an Events block can't unbalance the depth counter.
Codex review flagged this as a latent risk; event names live in code, never in
comments, so stripping loses nothing.

Development

This monorepo is built on the Cordis framework (vendored as source under vendor/), microkernel-style: everything is a plugin.
